packaged well, look good, but fit loose in the fitting, they will most likely fall out while moving the pressure washer across the driveway, fall out of the sprinkler every time it is removed from the hose... They don't leak and keep the trash out of whatever implement the hose is hooked to, so I guess that make them OK and hey I got 20 of them for the price of one at the big box store!
A touch small in my washer hose but we left other washer in too
These screened washers work very well to stop the rubber that is coming off the inside of my hose. The hose is old and seems to be gradually disintegrating but it still works well so I do not want to replace it yet. But the material is clogging up sprayers and sprinklers so these washers work well to catch that material.
Works great. We are on hard well water and deal with a lot of sand. We use these on all outdoor hoses and our washer hose. It’s much easier to clean that the original “filter” that comes with washer hose.
Is perfect for my hoses try to keep it free from dirt
Use these in all my water hoses to filter out large sediment pieces.Pros: Keeps large sediment pieces out of water hoses.Cons: Plugs up when pumping water from open sources and restricts water flow so needs to be checked regularly.
These are highly quality gaskets. Just what I needed to filter the cold water coming into the hose of my washing machine. The screen is just the right size and the gasket works very well to prevent leaks. Highly recommend.
