Editorial policy

We write our own product names. Each one is the count, then the thing, then the colour or size where we state one, in that order, and short enough to read on a shelf label. It is a deliberate break from the hundred and fifty character strings this kind of product usually carries.

Every fact on a product page is something we state about our own product. Where we have not named a material we print none. Where we have not measured, the row is absent rather than estimated.

Our guides quote real sources, named and dated, and we keep the full list on the sources page. Where we have nothing to quote and nothing to measure, we say so.

Ratings and reviews

Ratings on this site are the ones published for the pieces themselves. 969 of our pieces carry one and 19 do not, and the ones that do not show no stars rather than a zero. A rating belongs to a whole family of variations rather than to one colour or count, because that is how the range keeps its pool of ratings, so the same figure appears on every version of one line.

Counted that way, 538 families carry 194,047 ratings between them, and we count each family once rather than once per colour.

Prices

We last updated our prices on 31 August 2026. When we cannot get a line to you we take it off the shelf here until we can, because a pack count beside a price nobody will honour is worse than an empty peg. This page is the one place we print that date. Repeating it on every screen turns a signal into wallpaper.

Sources

Where a subject touches health, we quote a national body, print the date we read it, and list every page on the sources page. Sources were read on 14 August 2026.

Corrections

Write to contact@honoson.net and say what is wrong. A fact that turns out to be unsupported comes off the page, and we do not soften it.
